Maximum Power Usage (when heating water): 1547 Watts
Maximum Power Usage (when brewing coffee): 1578 Watts
Power used when idle: 47 to 56 Watts
Note that the Senseo coffee machine does shut itself off after about 10 minutes to save electricity, and the power used while off is 0 watts.

How about total kWh used per cup?
