The Bowflex 7 Treadmill power usage at 2.0 speed is 116 to 125 watts. At 3.5 it uses between 116 to 125 watts. At 4.5 speed the treadmill electricity usage ranges between 275 to 290 watts. Note that all measurements here were done with a 35 lb. dog running on the treadmill, so a regular person would incur a higher power draw Smile
