When at battery 100% (not charging), the OLPC XO-1 uses 7 to 8 watts. When the battery is charging, the power draw increased to 21 watts. With the computer off and the battery charging, the XO-1 used 18 watts. When the XO-1's LiFeP battery finished charging, the laptop drew a beautiful 0 watts.
