The Human Touch Message Chair was bought from Sharper Image. When only the leg/calf massager is in use, about 18 to 23 watts of power is used. With both the leg and back massager on, the power draw ranged between 85 and 118 watts, which is pretty reasonable. The HT-10CRPBV draws 2 watt when idle. Since leaving in plugged in does not seem to offer any advantage, the massage chair should be unplugged when not in use.
